(en adelante “TERESA&LETICIA”), como responsable del tratamiento, tiene como compromiso el respeto de la privacidad del Usuario y la protección y seguridad de sus datos personales. 3 CARÁCTER NECESARIO DE LOS
DATOS SOLICITADOS
Los datos que en los formularios
dispuestos por TERESA&LETICIA aparezcan
marcados con un asterisco (*), serán
necesarios para cumplir con la finalidad
contractual o legal establecida.
Por lo tanto, si el Usuario no los facilitase,
TERESA&LETICIA no podrá atender su
solicitud.
4 LEGITIMACIÓN
La base legal para el tratamiento de sus
datos se basa en su consentimiento
expreso y en la necesidad de facilitar los
productos contratados. El envío de
correos electrónicos u otras
comunicaciones a titular de la web
implica el consentimiento expreso del
Solicitante al tratamiento de sus datos de
carácter personal.
5 SECRETO PROFESIONAL
Todas las comunicaciones privadas entre
TERESA&LETICIA y los clientes/Usuarios
serán consideradas como confidenciales.
6 CESIÓN A TERCEROS
Salvo que se indique lo contrario,
TERESA&LETICIA no comunica datos a
terceros. No obstante, si así lo exige un
contrato que vincule a las partes o si lo
exige la Ley, es posible que deba
comunicarlos a terceros (por ejemplo,
Juzgados y Tribunales).
Igualmente, podrán compartirse datos
con proveedores que prestan servicios y
que requieren acceder a datos
responsabilidad de TERESA&LETICIA. En
todo momento TERESA&LETICIA
garantizará que los terceros con los que
contrata permiten dar cumplimiento a la
normativa de aplicación y, en ningún
caso, los tratará para finalidades distintas
a las indicadas por TERESA&LETICIA.
7 DERECHOS
El Usuario podrá, en cualquier momento y
de forma gratuita, ejercer sus derechos
de acceso, rectificación, supresión,
oposición, limitación del tratamiento y
portabilidad de sus datos, a través de la
dirección postal o el correo electrónico
de TERESA&LETICIA arriba indicados, en
los términos establecidos en la normativa
vigente.
Asimismo, se informa al Usuario de que, en
caso de que considere que
TERESA&LETICIA ha vulnerado, o ha
podido vulnerar los derechos que le son
reconocidos por la normativa aplicable
de protección de datos, podrá presentar
una reclamación ante la Agencia
Española de Protección de Datos.
8 REVOCACIÓN DEL
CONSENTIMIENTO
Cuando el tratamiento de sus datos se
base en su consentimiento y no afecte a
datos que son necesarios para la
realización de un contrato con el
interesado, la aceptación del Usuario a
que sus datos puedan ser tratados o
cedidos tendrá siempre carácter
revocable, sin efectos retroactivos. Para
revocar dicho consentimiento el Usuario
podrá contactar con TERESA&LETICIA a
través de los canales arriba indicados.
9 PLAZO DE CONSERVACIÓN DE LOS
DATOS
TERESA&LETICIA conservará los datos
personales del Usuario únicamente
durante el tiempo necesario para la
realización de las finalidades para las que
fueron recogidos.
10 DECISIONES AUTOMATIZADAS
TERESA&LETICIA no adopta decisiones
automatizadas en relación con los datos
del Usuario.
11 CAMBIOS EN LA POLÍTICA DE
PRIVACIDAD

(hereinafter, “TERESA&LETICIA”), as the data cotroller, is compromised with the respect of the privacy of its Users along with the protection and security of their personal data. Therefore, TERESA&LETICIA informs the User about the way it collects, processes and protects the personal data that the Users submit through its web site www.teresaleticia.com (hereinafter, the “Web Site”).

8 WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Where the processing is based in your
consent and does not affect to the data
necessary for the performance of a
contract between TERESA&LETICIA and
the User, the consent of the User to the
processing of his or her data shall always
be reversible, without retroactive effects.
In order to withdraw said consent the
Users may address TERESA&LETICIA by
means of the channels abovementioned.
9 DEADLINE FOR THE STORAGE OF
YOUR DATA
ZINKIA shall store the personal data of the
Users for as long as it is deemed necessary
to accomplish the purposes for which they
were collected.
10 AUTOMATED DECISIONS
TERESA&LETICIA no adopta decisiones
automatizadas en relación con los datos
del Usuario.
11 CAMBIOS EN LA POLÍTICA DE
PRIVACIDAD
TERESA&LETICIA se reserva el derecho de
